 songs & lyrics Different Seasons (Unreleased)  Different Seasons was one of the first songs i wrote that tried to articulate how i felt about other life and people. it was actually quite an intense song live, with the assistance of a lot of blood-curdling reverb. Final version of lyrics: Sunday, September 29th, 1985 Different Seasons (Unreleased) looking out the window looking at the trees looking at the flowers blowing in the breeze all those different seasons just like you looking at the picture of the castle ruin listen to the preacher "christ is coming soon" all those different seasons just like you i close my eyes to ease the pain but i see green light again and again and again all those different seasons just like you digging up memories is all i do i find it harder and harder remembering you all those different seasons just like you winter, spring, summer autumn leaves fall wishing that you were part of it all all those different seasons just like you 29 September 1985, Edinburgh
