multimedia blog Photos: Lowertown portraits, Saint Paul, MN Nigel Parry, Friday, June 2nd, 2006 I visited Minnesota in May to attend a wedding, see old friends and visit the Tilsner Artists' Cooperative in Lowertown, Saint Paul, where I had lived until summer 2005, before relocating to New York City.
